Destination: Banff, AB (top of Sulphur Mtn)
Best deal found: Used FF miles from Orlando to Calgary then rented an RV and drove up to the Canadian Rockies. With the exchange rate, staying in camp parks and cooking in the RV, it was very reasonable. Even in the summer, it was not crowded like most US parks.

Destination: Bali, Indonesia
Best deal found:  Photo: Tanah Lot (Balinese Temple) Bali, Indonesia is an extremely affordable destination. Everything was a 'deal' - our 4 star hotel was US$50 per night (Diwangkara Holiday Villa Beach Resort), our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali was US$200, but Malaysia Airlines offers flights as low as US$10 (limited seats, advanced booking). Bali is simply beautiful.

What others are saying

  • Banff, Ab
Unfortunately Banff/Lake Louise is crowded. I suggest the road less traveled. Glacier Nat. Park and west from there is accessible from Kelowna Airport. Enjoy!
  • Shhhhhh!
We like to keep Banff our little secret. Don't want it to get crowded! : ) great pic!
  • sawnee mtn
