FHA refund 
Some FHA homeowners are due money back from MIP, or Mortgage Insurance premiums paid to protect the FHA from the risk of owner default. Many people owed the money are being contacted by third party companies that claim they will obtain the refund for a percentage of the return. Don't give your money away - do it free by visiting hud.gov. Click on Consumer Information and then to Paying to Get Your HUD Refund. Or, phone 1-800-697-6967.
