- Costco/Sprint - Costco has teamed up with MCI to bring you a pre-paid calling cards. You can buy one or buy in bulk and get the 3.47 cent rate. The offer is somewhat tough to find on Costco's Web site. To get there from Costco's home page, click on the "electronics & cameras" link in the list.
