BOA refuses to help robbery victim

If you go to an ATM and there is a camera peering back at you, you probably feel a little more at ease. But will that camera really help you? Apparently not, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. One man recently was robbed as he pulled cash out of an ATM machine. When he realized that a camera caught the whole thing on film, he asked to see the footage. But the bank refused, citing “customer bank confidentiality.” What bank was it? Bank of America, of course. What about the rights of the customer who got robbed? If you’ve been listening to Clark for awhile, you know how he feels about this bank and how it treats customers. So, maybe it’s time to ask yourself why you’re still banking there.

How are you doing for retirement?

How do you know if you’re going to have enough money for retirement? There are calculators out there, but most of them are either too complicated or not at all helpful. Well, that is about to change. Fidelity Investments has spent a ton of money on an artificial intelligence tool that calculates exactly how you’re doing and how much more you need to save. It’s called “My Plan,” and Clark tried it out. It was a short series of questions that let him know he is okay financially. He had to register first and he was worried about getting a lot of junk mail as a result. So far that hasn’t happened. So, click here to try it out.
