I looked up two people that I know have criminal records and are famous (Charles Manson and Jeff Skilling) and this web site provided zero information on both of these

I tried the link, and when I put in the name of someone I know is an ex-felon it came up as 0 records found. I tried this on three other ex-felons I know, and the result was the same. Must be more to it.
