    A caller called in asking about charging plane tickets for a fall vacation to Maui and Kaua'i. Clark started to tell her about Kaua'i bargain vacation rates, but only discussed airfare. For bargain hotel rates on Kaua'i south shore, check out Kiahuna Plantation on VRBO or Craigslist. They allow direct owner rental. Full disclosure: I own a unit at Kiahuna Plantation and rent it at half the rack rate. Others are available too.

  • Ebay vs Flea Market operator
    Flea market operators rent spaces and get the same amount of money regardless of the selling price of merchandise... On the other hand, Ebay charges a fee (Final Vale Fee) based upon the selling price... so (it has been argued) Ebay is actively benefiting in the sale of fake products......
