I used it about 6 mos. ago and sold my home using it. a realtor called me and brought someone tosee my home and she wrote a contract the same day and the deal closed! Very happy with their service. this was for a home in north/central florida.

Mr. Howard the idea is great for FISBOs and I personally like it as a consumer but I do not know what to do since I started a real estate career about 3 months ago and still nothing! It is really harder than I thought. It seems that market is already taken from the BICs and the old Realtors in this business. And not only that but a lot of hyenas just want to show your head in that field and start selling you some programs that will make you rich on the spot but you need to pay them 3 to 4 K$, or the magic computer based program that will pay off your mortgage in 15 instead of 30 years and so on and so on! ( the scam list is long) But I love your show and I will continue to listen! Best Regards, GK
