Clark has never liked Ticketmaster. The company has always engaged in underhanded practices, locking up exclusive arrangements with promoters and gouging the public with huge add-on fees. In addition, the company has horrible customer service. Ticketmaster has had some trouble in recent years, however. Alternative companies have been able to put a chink in Ticketmaster’s armor with the help of the Internet, and Clark's been extremely happy about that. Well, Ticketmaster is playing poor sport once again and has filed suit against every other ticket sales company in existence. If the company wins, the customer service is sure to get worse and the fees will certainly go up. Clark thinks there should at least be a direct ticket window, where people can buy tickets in person. The way it looks now, it’s either Ticketmaster or nothing. And that is simply wrong.
