Northshore Agency has just had a class action lawsuit filed against them in New York for making harassing phone calls. The allegations are that they are attempting to collect debts that are not valid. There are legitimate companies in the debt collecting business and it is a necessary enterprise. If you are being wrongly harassed though, record the phone conversations and do not get taken advantage of. Get the harassment on tape and be ready to take legal action if they won't stop. Stand up for you rights and don't get intimidated.

I have paid off my car loan with Triad Financial,a whole 28,000.00 and now they say I owe 1500.00 in late fee interest. They have repo my vehicle without for warning.I have been trying to resolve this issue with Triad for the past 4 months and they have not been able to explain where these charges are coming from since I paid all late fees interest with each late payment.Now I have to pay the 1500+ repo fees,this company needs to be STOPPED. These are modern day loans sharks.

These people have caused stress in my life and the lives of my friends, family and even people I do not know. We are in the process of filing a law suit since they call 15 times a day.

I have been threatned,my family threatned as well by Triad Financial Corp. They have impersonated Law Enforcement, friends, etc they have called my workplace after I told them not to and they have called people that I do not know looking for me. One of my friends has recieved numerous calls threatning her and her daughter. I have had it with these people and am trying to gather people who would like to start a class action suite against these people. Triad also calls my house at least 15 times a day between my cell and home phone. I just sent a letter to the Atty General and copied them and my next step is to get a Lawyer and sue the pants off of these illeteriate people event the managers are rude and backstabbing. They must take a class to be as nasty as they are.
