Dec 13, 2006 -- BOA refuses to help robbery victim
If you go to an ATM and there is a camera peering back at you, you probably feel a little more at ease. But will that camera really help you? Apparently not, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. One man recently was robbed as he pulled cash out of an ATM machine. When he realized that a camera caught the whole thing on film, he asked to see the footage. But the bank refused, citing customer bank confidentiality. What bank was it? Bank of America, of course. What about the rights of the customer who got robbed? If youve been listening to Clark for awhile, you know how he feels about this bank and how it treats customers. So, maybe its time to ask yourself why youre still banking there.
