I actually did a paper on this exact subject my senior year of College 10 years ago.The Student Center received income from the Credit Card Vendors by charging them a daily fee to market in the Student Area.I had many friends including myself that signed up for credit cards just for a FREE T-Shirt. Everyone thought it was great in my freshman year.Did you know that Student Organizations are enticed by Credit Card companies to recruit applicants as a fund raiser for their organization?Student groups can receive a flat fee for each applicant they receive. The positive outcome of my paper was that I was able to pass a resolution via our Student Government banning Credit Card Solicitors on our campus.

This week's poll
Many recent college grads don't know how to dress professionally for work. Have you ever thought someone in your workplace was dressed inappropriately?
Yes. I've seen co-workers in outfits that show way too much skin.
No. I work in a very relaxed environment and anything goes.
Maybe. Some clothing I've seen on the job is questionable.
