As an insurance professional, I'm actually disappointed that Clark would use this highly subjective and biased (produced by the American Association for Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers) list to 'inform' his audience. As you can see from the comments below, people listen to you and take financial actions based on the information. In the future, consider the source before you unfairly prejudice the people who trust your advice.
