1. It is a very tempting technology with promise.<br> 2. It does have technical glitches.<br> 3. The "no-help" that they provide is really NO HELP ... so none of the glitches could be isolated, fixed or overcome ... we have copy of their on-line conversations.<br> 4. THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT IS THAT THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR 30-DAY FREE TRIAL, CHARGING OUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY WAY BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD IS UP.<br> 5. They got their money, they don't care about your problems.<br> 6. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework and google this company ... also, I finally Better Business Bureau checked them ... WOW ... if I had done this first, never would have done it. (Basically, I took Clark Howard's otherwise very wise advice and bought it. I do not blame Clark, who I raptly listen to religiously ... I blame me for rushing into it without complete research). My bad.
