As a 35 year customer of Liberty Mutual with both auto and homeowner insurance, I would like to come to their defense. They were listed as number 10 of the worst. I am a resident of Florida and have experienced several hurricanes. They have paid claims for two roof replacements on my home as well as repairs on my autos from accidents. Sometimes there is more to a story. If USAA is so great, why don't they offer their services to NON military people ? It must be beneficial to them to exclude the general population. Quit bragging about a company that is selective !!
