Maybe USAA treats their customers good, but get into an accident with someone who has USAA as their insurer and you'll have a different story about how great USAA is and how well they will treat you. They will cheat you every way they can to save a couple of bucks and will tell you to take their policy owner to court if you don't agree with them. I'm sure if this study took the opinions of people who had to deal with these same "great" insurance companies, the list would be in a much different order.
