Subject: Greedy Bank of America<br> <br> We owe Greedy Bank of America (everyone's favorite bank to hate) an outstanding balance. I was paid on Friday the 1st of August and my wife handed a check payment to the live teller on the due date, Saturday, the 2nd of August. The receipt that my wife received included the correct time (10:35 a.m.) but was dated Monday, the 4th of August. She protested, but was told that the payment needed to be made by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, the 1st in order to be posted on time. The IRS accepts payments post marked on time but this bank will not accept payment in hand on time. We were able to resolve the issue over the phone after much persistence; but we did not receive true customer service.<br> <br> Thank you for your advocacy, Daniel Parker
