Perhaps performance depends upon the agent. Ron Ray and his office in Cedartown are the best. Some 16 years ago we had a claim when a tornado hit town. Our home was repaired before most people had adjusters out. I asked Mr Ray how he did it and he said that the company had weather experts following the track of the storms hitting our area. He said adjusters were on the way to Cedartown almost before the storms were over and that they knew ahead of time which neighborhoods were most damaged. I also appreciate the staff at Ron Ray Insurance. They keep up with the paperwork and payments, plus they are always great over the phone.
