My car was rearended by a guy who has American Family Insurance. He weaseled out of the claim saying it was my fault because I stopped quickly. Traffic in front of me was stopping on the freeway and he smacked into me while looking to his right so he could abruptly change lanes. It took two months for American Family to finally contact me after I left several messages to see when I could get my car fixed. The adjuster named Julie was a very unfriendly, cold person. I left several messages and never heard from them until they called to say they couldn't honor my claim. <br> She said she couldn't fill my claim because it was a matter of his word against mine. He rearended me!!! So the druggie guy wins and the innocent victim loses out again.<br> Beware of American Family Insurance. They are absolutely horrible.
