I have been dealing with them for 3 months and still do not have my houes fix. My roofer said he is having same problem with another customer and He has said just like me when and if we get things fix we are changing Combanies. I also have inside damage and need 2 bedrooms, and kitchen and dinning room and a small hall way, which means all ceilings need to be strip repainting and popcorn spray back on my walls, The first check they send was for 57.00 with my 1000,00 deducible. I hate Travereles because U\I am getting screed by tham. Then later they sent a check for 4,500 to paid for roof and to fix the inside which is still not enough money to have a new roof and strip a my ceilings. They must thik i am crazy.
