I've been insured by Allstate for over 35 years. Both automobile and home. I'm had one claim for home and one claim for the automobile. To call them the worst, I totally agree. No loyalty to a long time customer is evidenced by raising my home owner's insurance five times higher within the last year and half. Also, with this came the notice I will no longer be insured for hurricane and other. Still more, if I drop the home owner's policy, my auto insurance will triple. Why, no multiple polices. Yes, I live on the Gulf Coast. Needless to say, I dropped both and did find better coverage for all for less than one third price.
