I called the phone company to check if we were billed with the 'tariff rate'-good news was yes. I then asked when our area would be getting DSL and the lady asked if I had ever heard of their "AirCard" that plugs into USB port and provides 3MB feed. Costs $100, but they currently are giving $100 rebate! Costs $54.99/mo., but we can drop one phone line so we save that cost monthly. Addtl $9.95 S/H and $36 install cost, but my time is $$$$$. I was about to invest in HughesNet costing $300 to install, $79.99 monthly for that speed!!! THANKS CLARK!!! p.s. 90-day trial to be sure it works. She said if a cell phone will work out here, the AIR CARD from AT&T will too! Hooooorrrraaahhhhh!
