AT&T Wireless has billed me for five cent and fifteen cent "PayPerUse" Internet Xpress charges on three separate bill since January 2008. When called and confronted they continue to claim that the messages were originated from my cell phone which is a Samsung Model 707A. No such services were ever used on the phone and no one but me has access to the phone. <br> <br> Are others being ripped off like this? If so how do you stop them? I have had several very long phone conversations with AT&T reps. The charges continue to re-appear month after month even though my account has blocks on text messaging and on internet services.<br> <br> With several million customers using AT&T wireless how many million nickels and dimes are being stolen?
