You have chosen to report the following comment as abusive, offensive, or inappropriate.

JP said, "I know a customer is lying..." Yeah right and I suppose you figure it out by looking into your crystal ball. It is that precise condescending attitude which infuriates customers. Now the fact is that I OWN my cell phone. I PAY for a service. Cell companies are under the seriously mistaken impression that they are the ones who can make the rules. Customers are paying for a service, a service which is not being provided in an appropriate manner. When are people not only going to stand up to reps such as JP, but to entire corporations? It is time to be heard. Write your government representatives, call your cell phone company to register an official complaint against their policies, report abuses of cellular companies to the BBB, the FCC and the FTC. Make your voice heard!

This week's poll
Do you like the idea of auto insurers switching to a pay-as-you-drive model -- where how, when and where you drive may be monitored?
Yes, I'm all for any approach that can save me money.
No, it's too much like having Big Brother in the back seat.
I'm not sure. I'd like the savings, but I don't know if I'd feel comfortable being monitored.
