My cell phone service is with Consumer Cellular. They don't make you sign a contract and they email an easy-to-read, detailed bill. However I've noticed 10 tax and surcharge charges ranging from 2 cents to $1.88. Is it possible that some of these are bogus? If so, how can you tell which ones are the frauds?
