Clark is so blinded by his hatred for the cell phone industry that it impossible for him to be objective! We can indeed block all text messaging and my company (AT&T) will automatically credit back any unauthorized fees virtually on the word of the customer. There are many times when, as a customer service supervisor, I know a customer is lying when they say "I never authorized this!" There are several levels of approval that the customer has to actively accept for this billing to take place, but we still credit them. Clark, try to let go of that one customer service rep that made you so mad and try to be unbiased for a change!
