Recently, I went for an estimate for a set of tires and was quoted a cost much higher than the ad stated for the tires. This shop had "out the door pricing with installation included in the cost". When I asked to see a printed quote, under some resistence the guy printed it out and handed to me. To my amazement, included in the itemized list was a $67 plus change fee for "hazard repair". I had not been asked if I wanted such a service, IT was just added with not a word said. Be careful when buying tires!
