These people are so dispicable that I hope I live long enough to see them prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Something had better change or we will probably see smart people going to a cash only transaction and these people will find they are not needed in this society. I told one of these cc's who market themselves as helping people with poor credit establish good credit that if that was really their intent, they need to put a " mail by" date on their statement instead of a "due date." People who have to reply on the mail cannot predict with accuracy when that payment will be delivered - moreover, these people solicit customers from way across the US so unless they can pay electronically, they are at these thugs mercey. I could write a book but I would love to talk to you over the phone. Thanks for listening.
