The $10 deal is available at the ATT website if you're in the "right" service area (enter your phone number into the site and it'll tell you whether or not the number is in the right service area). You'll have to subscribe to ATT's phone service and be a "new" DSL customer (they define "new" as not having DSL service from ATT or Bellsouth within the last 12 months). The least expensive phone plan listed as of today is about $18 plus several other fees & charges. I figure when it's all said and done, you'll spend about $35-$40/month... so much for the $10 deal. I'll surely be happy to see the new technology and competition when it finally gets here!
