I got fleeced by an eBay seller, got a partial refund and have tried for 2 months to get protection from Paypal. They (a) ignore communications, (b) close contested cases w/o permission, and (c) are totally irresponsible. I have sent a letter to the CEO of eBay and suggest everybody do that. That's the only way they will get the message and either train these characters or fire them.
