I was once a U-Haul dealer with service bays, they only repaired items when the truck broke down, I would tow it in my shop repair it and have to argue with them to get paid for my services, they would tell me but it couldn't of been this or that there maintance was very bad, and at that time the trucks were very, very old they never replaced there equipment, I must say one thing positive about U-Haul is that there trailers are very good, after putting up with them for about 4 years or so, I finally swiched to Ryder<br> An Ex U-Haul Dealer
