Hi Nelda, She threw me with the "you too" statement which sounded inclusive of myself and Clark. Her statement also being negative and not well thought out tripped my trigger :) Bottom line is that Clark needs to start a money meter of closed accounts like was done awhile back with BOA. They are going to do as little as they can get away with unless there is an incentive to do more.
