I am a senior who became a Wachovia customer as a result of their buyout of SouthTrust, and I have been very happy with their treatment of my account. Since Wachovia knows the identity of the victims of the fraudulent telemarketing drafts, reimbursement should be made immediately without any paperwork requirement!
