Bless you Clark for your care of us in the dark! I want to tell you I just had a great experience with (your not so fav.big<br> bank; BOA) While trying to ck my mtg bal on line, an instant msg from a rep.appeared & they helped me so much w/<br> instant assistance, Sunday night no less! I was sooo impressed w/service. @ my local branch,Cary NC, the reps are most attentive & professional!!
