I am not surprised at wachovia's dealings with individual customers. I closed my account with them years ago when I saw how individuals were treated - as if the bank is doing you a favor! Yes, the Comptroller should be ashamed how he is doing nothing for the taxpayers and not forcing wachovia to give the people their money back. The fine should have been 100 million, no a measly 10.
