My partner, a US citizen from Cuba, has a HORRIBLE car note from GMAC. She pays more than the minimum each month for her 2003 Chevy Tracker, yet still owes over $6K on it! I've seen luxury cars with notes as high as hers-- $418/month! When she tries to call for the payoff rate, she goes to no-customer-service land. I would love to help her pay it off so that she can sell it and get a car with a reasonable note.
