we are currently under a chapter 13 it will end april 2009 they take out 450 of my check every wk my wife has lupas and cant work but she has about 27,000 in school loans and now we have dr bills they took all my tax for her loans is there any thing we can do till i get out from under our bankruptsy so i will have a full ck thanks
