Diesels will run off of vegetable oil straight from the bottle (many fast food places will let you take it for free, but the better way to go might be to order an on-line filter kit for this. It does work, well as a matter of fact and you can process it for less than a dollar a gallon. Just the smell of french fries might not help you stick to your diet
