Dear Clark, I have moved from Atlanta Ga to Houston,Taxas last sep. 2007. Here is the reat truth:<br> 1: Yes no Tax state but home owners are requied to pay at least 3 to 4 times higher taxes than I was paying in Atlanta GA.<br> 2: Homes are cheaper here but homeowner accociation bill is atleat 2 to 3 times higher than GA.<br> 3: You will find broken roads even in upscale neighbourhoods.<br> 4: vehical registration is 4 time taxed than Ga.<br> 5: If you are not Oil/Gas guy than forget whitcolor job!!<br> At the end I love your show and when I was in atlanta I used to be called "Clark Howard Junior" in my Company.
