Was there in Feb. They've been set up for a while. There is 1 set up outside my sister's town. She got caught right after set up. They take real pretty photos.<br> You can tell who is driving and if you read the ticket it doesn't matter who is driving. the car owner gets the ticket. It does not go on your driving record.
