How come ALL gas stations seem to be able to 'get away' with raising their prices at their whim - absent the fact that usually, the gas truck hasn't been there to 'refuel' their tanks since at least the last raise in prices...which leaves us, the customers, paying the latest price for something the station already had....get my drift?<br> <br> Mind-boggling...
