While trying to have mail sent to Fla. during the winter months I missed my credit card payment. I was having my family send my mail. I owed a little over $200.00 on a Chase card. Ocfcourse I got hit with a late fee and now they have raised my interest rate to allmost 30%. Now I got my GM card and they too have raised my interest rate to almost 30% Is there anything I can do?<br> <br> Ofcourse I paid the $200.00 balance and asked to have my interest rate lowered and they told me nope, nothing else was available and I told them to close the card then. What can I do? I don't care about the Chase card now, although I did have a large amount of credit because it was a business card that I had for years. Any suggestions?
