my "middle" daughter is graduating from NC State University in a few weeks and by "baby" daughter is finishing her 1st year there. She'll be there 4 more years. Because we have paid rent for so long in the area, we were thinking of buying a "townhouse" and "renting" it to our daughter and a roommate. What are your thoughts on the subject?
