While moving cross-country, the brakes failed on the U-Haul truck I had rented as I crossed the Hoover Dam! Scary place to be brakeless.<br> After several hours on the side of the road, the U-Haul technician came. When I described the problem, he answered without surprise..."That happens all the time on these trucks."<br> We were able to get a partial refund, but it was a long, ugly process. Sure wish I'd known about Clark back then!
