Hi, I am so angry! I got two lines with Alltel in Sept. 07. In Oct they started charging me $9.99 a month for something called Ringaza. I have no idea what it is and never ordered it. Now in March 2008 that added $9.99 for something called Triva Alert and another $9.99 for Game Alert. They agreed as a "one time courtesy" to remove the charges from my March bill, but refuse to remove the $9.99 a month from Oct. through January for Ringaza. I have had it with them. I have spent numerous hours trying to get this corrected. They have me a number for Ringaza, but no one ever comes to the phone. It's eternal hold. I know this is a scam, but I don't know how to get my money back. Any help would sure be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Sheri

This week's poll
Do you like the idea of auto insurers switching to a pay-as-you-drive model -- where how, when and where you drive may be monitored?
Yes, I'm all for any approach that can save me money.
No, it's too much like having Big Brother in the back seat.
I'm not sure. I'd like the savings, but I don't know if I'd feel comfortable being monitored.
