I agree with the person who said "What good is having the best health care system in the world if we can't afford to use it?" I had a kidney stone removed and my co-pay was over $2,000! I would favor a lesser quality system that would be available to everyone. Let those who can afford a trip abroad have the latest and greatest care. Mediocre care is better than no care at all.
