Dear Clark, I need some expert help. I signed up for Directv for their advertised discounted rate for one year and an additional 10.00 off for AAA for two years. My bill should have been 42.18 and the first bill arrived at 73.03. Every time I call to get this corrected agent after agent says there is no one at Directv that can help me. They refuse to give me a phone number of someone who can. What is worse is that I have just had surgery on my spine and I can not spend a great deal of time at my desk or on the telephone because it causes me a great deal of pain. I am having great difficulty in just getting no customer service and being in pain. How can I get to someone to correct the bill so I can painfully finally pay it???
