Monster will sell your personal information to anyone with a credit card, same with Careerbuilder. Posting an online resume is a bad idea. I'm taking a survey for people who have posted online resumes. 97% negative, 1. personal info sold to advertisers, spammers, third party recruiters. 2. Identity theft. 3. Third party recruiters sending your resume to tons of companies hoping to collect a commission if you are hired,(this puts you at a serious disadvantage, imagine sending an invoice with your resume.) 4. Scam jobs trying to get your ss# or solicit you. I don't know how Careerbuilder and Monster avoid lawsuits. They 1. let anyone post jobs without a screening process, and 2. let anyone search resumes without a screening process. What do you think? gfuller101@yahoo.com

This week's poll
Many recent college grads don't know how to dress professionally for work. Have you ever thought someone in your workplace was dressed inappropriately?
Yes. I've seen co-workers in outfits that show way too much skin.
No. I work in a very relaxed environment and anything goes.
Maybe. Some clothing I've seen on the job is questionable.
