Within three months of purchasing glasses, they chipped on both sides. This has never happened to me in 20 years of wearing glasses. Their warranty is only 30 days and will only refund half of what you paid. I wrote to customer service anyway but they just referred me to the warranty. I do not recommend this company but I will be writing to their corporate headquarters.
