BOA offered me a no interest/finance charge card in March 2008 - I have had to contact them every month to tell them to reverse a "finance charge". When I asked the rep what the finance charge was based on for the month (because it changed month to month from .02 - 39.00) she said she wasnt sure. Then in October they changed my due date with basically no notice and because I did not pay them on a whim they determined they want to charge 29.00 late fee. Its crazy - thank God im not relying on credit to pay my bills. I know many do but they dont have that kind of leverage on me at this time (knocks on wood)
