Just a heads up about mortgage escrow services. If you agree to use your mortgage lender's service at closing, and later are not satisfied and want to opt out, be prepared to pay an administration fee.

I can't believe I just listened to you tell someone to NOT buy life insurance on their child! You said life insurance was primarily used to protect your income! Well let me tell you when my son died there was no way I could have afforded the $12,000 his funeral cost not to mention his plot at the cemetery and then the headstone.

My employer recently sent a letter notifying employees of the new benefit that they were adding to our 401K's. They have added professional financial advice and management to your plan for the price of $2.50 per month per each $10,000 in your account.

I live in Virginia, an am asked "by law" to pay VA sales tax on any items I purchase out-of-state. I do this because I believe I must obey the law and have the responsibility to follow laws even when I cannot be checked up on.
